The apartment is located in the center of Saint Petersburg, in the elite house where Anatoly Sobchak -the mayor of Saint Petersburg lived till 2000. Now his wife Lyudmila Narusova is living there. The first floor is  devoted to the Consulate General of Japan. The security system is maintained on a high level. The building is situated in the historical City Center, where the diverse monuments of architecture are located: two minutes from the Palace Square, the Hermitage, the Museum - Pushkin's Flat and the Admiralty.

1 May-15 June/15 July-1 September: 100 euros/day

15 June-15 July: 150 euros/day

 

Booking Requirements

 

To book – pay 1 night (credit card, bank transfer)

To confirm bookings we require one night's rent as a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit card form will be send to you to fill it in and sign and return to be together with a copy of client’s credit card (both sides) via fax or scan and email it.

The deposit is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).

 

Cancellation Fee

 

2 days – 50% fee

1 day – 100% fee

In case the client cancels accommodation in 2 days – 50% of security deposit is charged.

The deposit is not refundable in case the client cancels booking in less than 24 hours.

Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-In – 2 p.m.

Check-Out – 12 a.m.

 

Please be advised that we maintain a Check-In time of 14:00 and a Check -Out time of 12 noon. To guarantee early/late Check-In/ Check-Out we charge a half day's rent. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
