Nevsky prospect is the main street and through-passage of the city, so those who got a chance to live here are really lucky. From here you may easily reach to the main sights like the Hermitage, the Palace square, lots of memorials and histrocal buildings. Event a simple walk will turn into cognitive excursion as every bridge, every house of the prospect seems to be legendary. The one where you've got the apartment is extremely close to Kazansky cathedral and St. Peter's church. There are also lots of prestigious shops in the area, so anyone will be able to choose the way to spend his time. It is definitely not the place to be bored!

Booking Requirements

To book – pay 1 night (credit card, bank transfer)

To confirm bookings we require one night's rent as a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit card form will be send to you to fill it in and sign and return to be together with a copy of client’s credit card (both sides) via fax or scan and email it.

The deposit is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).

 

Cancellation Fee

 2 days – 50% fee

1 day – 100% fee

In case the client cancels accommodation in 2 days – 50% of security deposit is charged.

The deposit is not refundable in case the client cancels booking in less than 24 hours.

Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-In – 2 p.m.

Check-Out – 12 a.m.

 

Please be advised that we maintain a Check-In time of 14:00 and a Check -Out time of 12 noon. To guarantee early/late Check-In/ Check-Out we charge a half day's rent. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
