This cosy and quiet 3-room apartment is situated in the historical centre of the city with its numerous architect sights. The design of the apartment is performed in classical style. It is situated on the first (second) floor of 5-floor building, is fully furnished and is equipped by everything needed to make you feel at home.

Location

The house is situated within 3 minutes walk to Nevsky Prospect and 5 munites to Dvortsovaya Square - the very heart of St.Petersburg. Here there are also historical buildings and marvellous cathedrals: Admiralty, The Winter Palace (Hermitage), Kazansky Cathedral, Isaak's Cathedral and many other sights. Dvortsovaya Square is the historical heart of the city and is one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles which includes Winter Palace, General Staff and Alexander's Column.

Booking Requirements

To book – pay 1 night (credit card, bank transfer)

To confirm bookings we require one night's rent as a deposit. Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (credit card form will be send to you to fill it in and sign and return to be together with a copy of client’s credit card (both sides) via fax or scan and email it.

The deposit is returnable upon check out in case the apartment remains in good condition (without damages and losses).

 

Cancellation Fee

 

2 days – 50% fee

1 day – 100% fee

In case the client cancels accommodation in 2 days – 50% of security deposit is charged.

The deposit is not refundable in case the client cancels booking in less than 24 hours.

Check-In & Check-Out

 

Check-In – 2 p.m.

Check-Out – 12 a.m.

 

Please be advised that we maintain a Check-In time of 14:00 and a Check -Out time of 12 noon. To guarantee early/late Check-In/ Check-Out we charge a half day's rent. Please inform us of your arrival and departure times in advance.
